At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email with your name, order number and reason as to why you are not satisfied and we will be more than happy to accommodate to your needs. Shipping

At Livin Lavish Jewelry we have a three-day production time. Orders will get shipped out two to three days after purchase.

*All orders within Canada and the USA come with tracked shipping. Please keep in mind that international standard small-packet orders do not come with a tracking number. Please choose a shipping method that works best for you.*
